Reading: This week we learned how to compare and contrast different versions of stories. We read two versions of Little Red Riding Hood and Goldilocks and the 3 Bears and then wrote down what was the same and what was different.
Writing: This week we finished learning about Poetry. We wrote limerick poems that rhymed. Here is our class poem:
There once was a little pet snail,
who started to steal all the mail,
he got caught by a snake,
with a really big rake,
and spent all his time in a jail.
Math: This week we continued learning how to measure. We learned about centimeters and meters and practiced measuring and comparing objects.
Bible: In Bible we learned about Peter taking the message of Jesus to the Gentiles. We also learned how God freed Peter from jail in a miraculous way.
